The Management Board of FAST FINANCE S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("the Issuer") informs that on 29 June 2017 the Issuer's General Meeting passed Resolution No. 14 to remove Mr Grzegorz Kawczak from the Issuer's Supervisory Board. At the same time, on 29 June 2017 the Annual General Meeting of the Issuer passed Resolution No. 15 to appoint Mr Andrzej Bartnik as Member of the Supervisory Board. The resolutions came into effect on the date of adoption.

In connection with the above, the current composition of the Issuer's Supervisory Board is as follows:

Mr Andrzej Kiełczewski - Chairperson of the Supervisory Board,
Ms Dorota Wiktoria Stempniak – Member of the Supervisory Board,
Mr Andrzej Bartnik – Member of the Supervisory Board,
Mr Marek Ochota – Member of the Supervisory Board, and
Ms Hildegarda Kaufeld – Member of the Supervisory Board.

Below is the bio of the newly appointed Member od the Supervisory Board

Mr Andrzej Bartnik earned a degree in Architecture from the Wrocław University of Technology. He has also completed a post-graduate programme at the Rotterdam Academy of Architecture. He gained his experience and knowledge serving as president of EKO-BAU and as university professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology. Since 1989 he has been running an architecture studio. He also serves as a building expert. Mr Andrzej Bartnik satisfies the criteria of independence.
Mr Andrzej Bartnik is not involved in any competitive activity to the activity of the Issuer's company and is not involved in any competitive activity as a partner in a civil law partnership, commercial law partnership, or as a member of a body of a competitive corporation or member of a body of any competitive legal person. He is also not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the act on the National Court Register.

Legal basis: Art. 5(1)(21) and (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the law of a state which is not a member state (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] 2014 No. 0, item 133, as amended).
