The Management Board of FAST FINANCE S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Issuer”), acting by virtue of Article 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the law of a state which is not a member state (Dz.U. of 2014, item 133, “the Regulation”), hereby publishes the dates of publication of interim reports in 2017:

1. Separate and consolidated annual report for 2016 - 12 April 2017,
2. Consolidated report for Q1 2017 - 17 May 2017,
3. Consolidated report for H1 2017 - 30 August 2017,
4. Consolidated report for Q3 2017 - 14 November 2017.

At the same time the Issuer represents that pursuant to Article 83(1) and 83(3) of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information on the Issuer, while the consolidated half-yearly report will include the half-yearly condensed separate financial statements together with a report issued by a statutory auditor following a review or together with an opinion about the audited financial statements, as well as it informs that pursuant to Article 101( 2) of the Regulation it will not publish its interim reports for Q4 2016 and for Q2 2017.
