With reference to Current Report No. 27/2016 of 26 September 2016 the Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("the Issuer”) hereby informs that in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issue of series M bonds (identified with the code PLFSTFC00087) on 17 October 2016 it carried out a partial mandatory redemption of series M bonds ("Periodic Redemption”). The Periodic Redemption covered 466 series M bonds of the Issuer with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 each with a total nominal value of PLN 466,000.
The Periodic Redemption will be effected in accordance with the rules laid down in WEO (bond issue terms) prepared for the purposes of the Bonds issue and in accordance with the regulations provided in the Detailed Rules of Operation of the National Depository for Securities and also in accordance with the terms laid down in the Information Note made in connection with listing the Bonds on the alternative trading system on the Catalyst platform.
The series M bonds redeemed by the Issuer as part of the Periodic Redemption will be cancelled.

Legal basis: Article 5(1)(6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the law of a state which is not a member state (Dz.U. of 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended).
