The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("the Issuer") hereby informs that on 27 September 2016 it transferred to the National Depository for Securities ("KDPW") the funds required for the payment of full interest for the last interest period with respect to series F bonds identified with the code PLFSTFC00053 ("Bonds")

At the same time, the Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. informs that due to an unexpected delay in the receipt of the Issuer's receivables, approximately 40% of the funds required for the redemption of series F bonds shall be transferred to KDPW tomorrow i.e. on 28 September 2016. Today the Issuer has transferred to KDPW PLN 1.1m towards the above sum and the remaining portion of the amount payable in connection with the redemption of the Bonds in question shall be transferred no later than by 7 October 2016.
Thus, the redemption of series F bonds and transfer of all due funds to the bank accounts of individual bondholders are expected to take place no later than by 7 October 2016.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the issue of series F bonds the Issuer shall pay statutory interest for each day of delay.

In view of the above, the Management Board represents that the above event was unexpected and incidental. Nevertheless, the necessary steps will be taken to avoid any future delays in servicing the payments under the bonds issued.
