The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Issuer”), acting by virtue of Article 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the law of a state which is not a member state (“Regulation”), hereby announces the dates of publication of interim reports in 2016:

1. Annual Report 2015 – 15 March 2016 ,
2. Consolidated Interim Report Q1 2016 – 12 May 2016,
3. Consolidated Interim Report H1 2016 - 18 August 2016,
4. Consolidated Interim Report Q3 2016 - 8 November 2016.

At the same time the Issuer represents that pursuant to Article 83(1) and 83(3) of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information of the Issuer, while the consolidated half-yearly report will include the half-yearly condensed separate financial statements together with an audit report or opinion issued by a statutory auditor. The Issuer also informs that pursuant to Article 101( 2) of the Regulation it will not publish its consolidated interim report for Q2 2015 and pursuant to Article 102(1) of the Regulation it will not publish its interim report for Q4 2015.
