The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Issuer") hereby informs that on 25 June 2015 the Issuer's Annual General Meeting adopted Resolution No. 13 to remove Mr Zbigniew Strzałkowski from his position as member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board. The resolution came into effect on the day of adoption. At the same time, on 25 June 2015, the Issuer's Annual General Meeting passed Resolution No. 14 to appoint Dorota Wiktoria Stempniak as member of the Supervisory Board.

In connection with the above, the current Supervisory Board is composed of:
Mr Andrzej Kiełczewski - Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
Ms Dorota Wiktoria Stempniak – Member of the Supervisory Board,
Mr Grzegorz Kawczak – Member of the Supervisory Board,
Mr Marek Ochota – Member of the Supervisory Board, and
Ms Hildegarda Kaufeld – Member of the Supervisory Board.

The following is the bio of the newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board.
Education:
University of Wrocław – full-time doctoral programme in Law - September 2011 – now,
Universiteit Gent, Belgium - scholarship - September 2008 - June 2009,
University of Wrocław, Department of Law, Administration and Economics - Oct. 2006 - June 2011.
Professional experience:
Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Łuć & Wojtylak Sp. p. – December 2011 – now,
Kancelaria Prawna Mizera - Mroziński – August 2009 - September 2009.
Dorota Wiktoria Stempniak is not involved in any competitive activity outside the Issuer's company and does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a private partnership, partnership or as a member of governing bodies of any competitive company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. She is also not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register (KRS).

Legal basis: Article 5(1)(21) and Article 5(1)(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the law of a state which is not a member state (Dz.U. of 28 February 2009).
